Social Media Manager (SMM, Community & Growth) (AI)

What you will do

• Create social media content, including Reels, memes, stories, and posts.
• Lead and grow the Instagram presence, with future expansion to TikTok and X.
• Use current video and image GenAI models and tools to produce content.
• Manage the community by responding to messages and comments, starting conversations, and supporting collaborations.
• Experiment with challenges, user-generated content, viral formats, and other fast-moving ideas.
• Track reach, engagement, and community growth, then scale the formats that perform best.

Requirements

• Experience growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts with visible results.
• Ability to edit and package video content using CapCut or similar tools.
• Understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
• Interest in AI tools and willingness to experiment with them.
• Application must include a social account or campaign scaled by the candidate and links to 2–3 strong Reels or short videos.

Nice to have

• Experience in SaaS or AI.
• Experience creating viral content, growing personal accounts, or working with influencers.
