Digital Performance Coordinator (On-Call) (SEO/GEO)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and perform all work in the U.S. Work times may need to align with specific time zones because of client requirements.

Salary: $67,355–$114,503 annually based on full-time employment; final pay depends on experience, skills, certifications, geographic location, education, and contract requirements.

What you will do

• Analyze website and application metrics to identify performance trends and create data-driven recommendations.
• Measure SEO/GEO initiatives, conduct technical and keyword audits, and adapt strategies to Google algorithm changes.
• Develop automated dashboards and presentations that make complex data accessible to clients, content owners, and stakeholders.
• Research user behavior and recommend website, content, and digital experience improvements.
• Set and monitor campaign KPIs while collaborating with digital marketers, content strategists, UX experts, developers, and other specialists.
• Track AI trends and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and digital performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in SEO/GEO, analytics tools, and data analysis.
• Must reside, work, and be authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SiteImprove, tag management systems, and custom analytics events.
• Experience with dashboard and visualization tools such as Data Studio or Tableau, plus SEO tools such as Moz, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.
• Strong communication, client engagement, presentation, organization, multitasking, and independent problem-solving skills.
