Focus on managing high-revenue projects, resolving production issues, guiding large teams, and balancing shot quality with schedule and resource constraints.
Location: Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada (Hybrid). Candidates are required to be based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada.
Salary: CAD 140,000–170,000 per year for a 40-hour work week.

is a Vancouver-based VFX studio creating visual effects for feature films and television, including concept design, pre-visualization, CG animation, compositing, and digital effects.
What you will do
- Manage day-to-day production and act as the primary liaison between clients, VFX Supervisors, artists, Production Managers, Coordinators, and department supervisors.
- Drive show delivery on schedule and within budget by tracking milestones, shots, assets, resources, and workflow progress.
- Create and maintain bids, manage change orders, and communicate budget or scope updates to clients and the VFX Executive Producer.
- Collaborate with Finance and the VFX Supervisor to manage project budgets, schedules, quality targets, and production risks.
- Lead, coach, and provide performance feedback to direct and indirect reports while supporting team morale during peak production periods.
- Coordinate with the Outsource Department Manager and provide schedule visibility to production teams and executives.
Requirements
- Based in British Columbia and eligible to work in Canada.
- 5+ years of credited experience as a VFX Producer on major feature films.
- Thorough understanding of live-action and CG-based VFX workflows.
- Proven ability to manage high-revenue budgets, production schedules, and client change orders.
- Excellent client, crew, communication, leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with ShotGrid.
