Senior Social Media Content Producer (Ventures)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates; hybrid

What you will do

• Develop recurring series, product demonstrations, creator stories, and behind-the-scenes content for each venture.
• Plan and film creators, founders, products, and customers using cameras or smartphones as appropriate.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat, including hooks, pacing, sound, and subtitles.
• Create content banks with alternative openings, cutdowns, stills, and paid advertising versions.
• Write captions, publish to brand accounts, coordinate approvals and Arabic versions, and maintain the content calendar and asset library.
• Analyze views, shares, clicks, purchases, and community feedback to guide future content.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of content personally filmed and edited.
• Ability to capture clean footage and good sound and edit confidently using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or an equivalent tool.
• Fluent English required. Understanding of Gulf and wider MENA internet culture is required.
• Experience managing a publishing schedule and demonstrating improvements to an account, launch, or commercial result.
• Ability to work quickly, organize files, and complete projects independently.

Nice to have

• Arabic language skills.
• Experience with consumer brands or e-commerce.
