Location: Senior Arabic Editor: onsite in Abu Dhabi, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Senior English Copy Editor: 100% remote with periodic project check-ins.

What you will do
- Edit and refine Arabic content for exhibition displays, visitor experiences, and educational materials.
- Author the official Arabic Style Guide and establish institutional glossaries.
- Safeguard UAE cultural nuances and institutional protocol across Arabic deliverables.
- Line-edit and optimize English source content, including exhibition texts, visitor guides, and educational collateral, before translation.
- Resolve ambiguities, enforce style-guide compliance, and maintain the required institutional tone.
- Prepare flawless, publication-ready copy under flexible project SLAs.
Requirements
- Senior Arabic Editor: 8+ years of dedicated Arabic copyediting experience, with museum, arts, or public-sector experience required.
- Senior Arabic Editor: proficiency in CAT tools and terminology management.
- Senior Arabic Editor: full-time onsite availability in Abu Dhabi.
- Senior English Copy Editor: 5–8+ years of dedicated English copyediting experience in museum, arts, cultural, or scholarly publishing.
- Senior English Copy Editor: strong expertise in applying style sheets and providing methodological editorial oversight.
- Senior English Copy Editor: 100% remote availability with flexibility for periodic project check-ins.
