SAP SD & Billing Configuration Specialist 3 (SAP)

Salary: $116,080–$188,630 per year

What you will do

• Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP SD, Billing, Sales, Contracts, Deliveries, Invoicing, and Resource Related Billing processes.
• Support pricing, condition techniques, account determination, copy controls, text and output determination, partner determination, billing plans, milestone billing, and document flows.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, system designs, test scenarios, documentation, and user procedures.
• Analyze and resolve complex SAP SD, billing, reporting, data, accounting, and integration issues.
• Define requirements for custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, ABAP programs, and ABAP Queries while collaborating with technical teams.
• Lead or support functional, integration, regression, user acceptance, production validation, data conversion, upgrade, and deployment activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, information technology, business information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10 or more years of progressive ERP, SAP configuration, business systems analysis, or related information systems experience.
• Hands-on SAP ERP/SD experience covering Sales Documents, Deliveries, Billing, Pricing, Standard Texts, Outputs, Contracts, and end-to-end order-to-cash processes.
• Extensive experience with Resource Related Billing, including time and expense billing, contract billing, DIP profiles, billing plans, and milestone billing.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and integration teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, troubleshooting, documentation, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• SAP ECC experience in complex, integrated business environments.
• SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, conversion, or readiness experience.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, Project Systems, professional services billing, time entry, resource-based business models, custom reporting, interfaces, and data conversion.
