is a German multinational automotive company with operations across 20 countries, specializing in automotive components and switch assembly, with a Moroccan production division.
What you will do
- Lead the APL2 customer logistics team and manage daily customer requirements, priorities, orders, backlogs, and delivery schedules.
- Monitor customer EDI and ensure demand is reflected accurately in production planning and shipment priorities.
- Coordinate with Production and APL1 Supplier Logistics on production plans, material availability, shortages, and customer coverage.
- Escalate potential customer stoppages and establish recovery and corrective-action plans.
- Coordinate urgent and premium transportation while controlling logistics costs.
- Lead logistics follow-up meetings and improve customer delivery, backlog, premium freight, complaint, and inventory KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Solid experience in automotive customer logistics, customer service, or production planning.
- Previous team leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, MRP, EDI, and production planning.
- Knowledge of automotive supply-chain requirements, customer escalation management, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination.
- Fluent English is required.
