Lead Data Scientist

What you will do

• Analyze campaign, marketing, customer, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain data analyses using Python and SQL for business and marketing initiatives.
• Define, monitor, and evaluate campaign KPIs and other performance metrics.
• Support A/B testing and experimentation, including test design, analysis, and interpretation.
• Build analytical reports and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Collaborate with marketing, business, and technical stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in data science, data analytics, marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or a related field.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and manipulation.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets.
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, statistical analysis, and campaign performance metrics.
• Experience translating analytical findings into clear business insights and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency is required for professional communication and explaining technical concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
• Advanced academic background in statistics, data science, mathematics, economics, or marketing analytics.
