Personal Assistant to CEO (Fintech)

Location: Latvia; hybrid

Salary: €1,000–€2,000 gross per month, depending on experience

What you will do

• Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, meetings, reminders, and daily schedule.
• Organize business and personal travel, including flights, hotels, transfers, restaurants, and other arrangements.
• Handle personal errands, purchases, deliveries, reservations, gifts, and special occasions.
• Research and compare services, vendors, locations, products, and other options, providing clear recommendations.
• Coordinate with external providers, contractors, partners, and service companies until tasks are completed.
• Support administrative operations, manage ad-hoc requests, and resolve unexpected situations independently.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Founder Associate, Project Manager, or in a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time-management, research, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
• High independence, ownership, attention to detail, discretion, and confidentiality.
• Comfort communicating with diverse people, negotiating, and resolving issues.
• Tech-savvy with modern online tools, booking platforms, and AI tools.
• Fluent Russian and good English required.
