Business Analysis Specialist Trainee (Training from Scratch with Employment)

Location: On-site in Tbilisi or Batumi, or remote across Georgia. Full-time engagement, five days a week.

What you will do

• Complete a one-month online Business Analysis course covering theory, practice, homework, and a final assessment.
• Work with mentors who are Middle and Senior Business Analysts.
• Complete a five-month laboratory focused on commercial project requirements.
• Collaborate in Scrum-based teams under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead.
• Participate in internal and training projects while mastering Business Analysis tools and processes.
• Develop communication, presentation, and English skills through regular feedback and progress tracking.

Requirements

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher, spoken.
• Motivation to start a career in Business Analysis and readiness to complete a traineeship at Andersen.
• Availability for full-time engagement five days a week.
• Background in banking, retail, or logistics is a plus.
• Completed UI/UX or programming courses are a plus.
