TL;DR
Paid Internship - WB CSD Orchestration Team (for students only) (Banking Operations): Creating, structuring, and routing wholesale banking client requests across expert teams with an accent on workflow coordination, queue management, and service quality. Focus on turning incoming requests into clear internal actions, supporting process improvements, and keeping client service workflows moving.
Location: Bratislava office, Slovakia; 2–3 days per week, approximately 20 hours
Wage: €8 gross per hour

What you will do
- Create and structure client requests in internal systems.
- Ensure requests are clearly defined and ready for processing.
- Assign requests to expert teams based on content and priority.
- Check queues regularly and help keep workflows moving.
- Collaborate with teams across departments.
- Support process improvements and contribute to timely, high-quality client service.
Requirements
- Student interested in banking, operations, or a corporate environment.
- Strong attention to detail and structured thinking.
- Ability to understand information quickly and turn it into clear actions.
- Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Good English communication skills at B2+ level.
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week from the Bratislava office.
