Security Operations Specialist - 12 Month FTC

What you will do

• Review, analyze, triage, and respond to escalated security events and incidents in line with agreed SLAs.
• Coordinate with third-party security service vendors to maintain effective monitoring and incident triage.
• Analyze security reports, identify trends, and work with internal teams to improve secure behaviors.
• Contribute as a technical subject matter expert to the Cyber Incident Response team.
• Maintain phishing campaigns, reporting, remediation management, and the operational security tooling stack.
• Support security reviews, controls, policy compliance, and operational security improvements across information systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a Security Operations Centre.
• At least 3 years of experience in security operations or a technical security role.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, incident response, detection engineering, attack paths, and mitigations.
• Excellent understanding of SIEM, IAM, DLP, and operational security requirements in Zero Trust networks.
• Experience managing operational security in an Azure and Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience analyzing cyber attacks using MITRE ATT&CK and other relevant frameworks.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information security, information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant industry certifications.
