Level Designer (Unity)

Location: Remote, open to candidates within the UK

hirify.global is a small games studio building multiplayer games designed to bring people together.

What you will do

• Create dozens of co-op challenge rooms featuring puzzles, peril, and combat scenarios for launch.
• Produce approximately 1–2 rooms per day while testing ideas efficiently and avoiding unnecessary overdesign.
• Provide feedback on and help improve the procedural dungeon creation system.
• Work with engineering teams to build functionality for different room designs.
• Implement secrets, jokes, and gameplay gimmicks that encourage memorable and shareable player experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of game design experience.
• Experience shipping networked multiplayer titles.
• Comfort working autonomously in a small, fast-moving team.
• Proficiency with Unity and ProBuilder.
• Passion for indie games and “friendslop” titles.
• Ability to work remotely from within the UK.
