What you will do

• Identify, engage, and acquire new Introducing Broker and affiliate partners across the LATAM region.
• Reactivate inactive partners and build a scalable partner network.
• Prospect for partners, present partnership opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain long-term business relationships and support new client acquisition.
• Represent hirify.global at industry events and networking activities.
• Collaborate with international teams across different regions.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in FX, CFD, online trading, crypto, iGaming, or banking.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
