Credit Controller (Spanish)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania. Hybrid work is available, with at least half of working days performed from the office. Workation is available for 1–2 months per year from any EU country.

Salary: €2,700–€3,200 gross per month.

What you will do

• Perform daily credit control activities, including collections and credit risk management.
• Minimize bad debt exposure and follow the group’s dunning process.
• Contact customers by phone and email regarding reminders, payment remittances, billing discrepancies, and account balances.
• Set and review customer credit limits according to internal guidelines and the credit approval matrix.
• Coordinate order releases and resolve blocked orders with sales, customer service, and customers.
• Reconcile outstanding balances, investigate unallocated payments, and facilitate Credit Committee meetings.

Requirements

• Experience in a multinational environment; credit management experience is preferred.
• Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
• Spanish language skills are a strong advantage.
• Understanding of accounting practices and a compliance-focused mindset.
• Numerical ability, attention to detail, and professional communication with business clients.
• IT skills including Excel and Outlook; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
