What you will do
- Manage six-week pre-acceleration and 12-week incubation programs from planning through delivery.
- Coordinate workshops, office hours, Coaching Days, mentor scheduling, and founder progress tracking.
- Build relationships with founders and alumni, support pitch preparation, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Source startups through applications and outreach to universities, incubators, and technology parks.
- Evaluate startups, prepare shortlists and introduction briefs, and facilitate corporate matchmaking.
- Plan and host Pitch Days, corporate matchmaking sessions, and ecosystem networking events.
Requirements
- Master's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field preferred; alternatively, a bachelor's degree with significant relevant experience.
- 2–3 years of experience in venture capital, consulting, innovation, or client-facing project management.
- Ability to deliver measurable outcomes and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Full professional fluency in English, written and spoken, is mandatory.
