Risk Agent (iGaming)

Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid working model with remote work possible for up to 50% of working time

What you will do

• Handle operational tasks within the Risk & Finance process up to the assigned risk level.
• Analyze and manage low-risk gamblers according to established monitoring protocols.
• Monitor the internal detection tool and support risk-related investigations.
• Contribute to the smooth operation of operational teams.
• Help protect the financial integrity of casinos and players using the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or experience in online gaming, e-commerce, online payments, or banking.
• Experience in customer support and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• General knowledge of anti-money laundering laws, online gaming regulations, GDPR, and basic information security concepts.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and IT skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
• Discipline, adaptability, diplomacy, and empathy.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French, Dutch, or Spanish.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations protecting players from gambling addiction.
