QA Engineer (onsite, Almaty)

Location: Almaty, with remote, hybrid, or office work available in Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, and Kazakhstan

Salary: EUR 900–1,400 gross per month; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Test product documentation and verify product functionality.
• Create and execute test suites and test cases.
• Identify, document, and verify product defects.
• Test products across platforms, devices, and browsers.
• Work with Postman, REST APIs, SQL databases, and database queries.
• Perform integration testing and establish testing processes on projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer.
• Experience testing both back-end and front-end applications.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and experience writing SQL queries.
• Knowledge of REST API and experience using Postman.
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with GitLab, Jira, and Confluence.
• English proficiency from Intermediate level and above, plus strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a Scrum team.
• Experience with software development lifecycles and testing methodologies.
