Site Standards Project Lead

What you will do

• Support the development and implementation of consistent Retail Standards across multiple brands.
• Develop practical and auditable standards for store execution, compliance, customer experience, and operational readiness.
• Establish readiness gates, checklists, sign-off requirements, and handover processes for new builds, conversions, and format changes.
• Coordinate project delivery, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and issue resolution across stores and support functions.
• Work with field leaders and support teams to identify gaps and ensure standards are fit for purpose.
• Embed standards and readiness processes into business-as-usual operations with clear ownership and governance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail operations, operational excellence, standards development, compliance, audit, or process improvement.
• Experience developing or implementing operational standards, procedures, checklists, playbooks, or operating frameworks.
• Strong project delivery skills, including planning, stakeholder engagement, milestone tracking, and issue management.
• Strong understanding of frontline retail operations and consistent store execution.
• Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear, practical standards documentation.
• Experience in multi-site retail, convenience, franchise, or customer-facing operational environments is highly regarded.

• Experience supporting audit, assurance, compliance, or store readiness frameworks.
