Location: Savannah, Georgia, United States; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $90,000–$126,390 per year

What you will do

• Provide tax, accounting, bookkeeping, and advisory services to small business clients.
• Review accounting records and financial reporting, deliver analysis, and advise clients on business matters.
• Lead and plan client engagements, improve processes, and identify internal control issues.
• Build and manage client relationships, resolve issues, and recommend business improvements.
• Delegate and oversee team work, manage deadlines, and support staffing, billing, collections, and profitability.
• Coach team members and contribute to their technical and professional development.

Requirements

• Four-year degree.
• CPA, EA, or law license.
• Five years of experience.
• Supervisory, mentoring, and counseling experience preferred.
• Strong management, analytical, organizational, interpersonal, project management, and communication skills.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship preferred.
