Data Center Silicon Hardware Engineering Intern - BS - 2027 Co-Op

What you will do

• Support the design, implementation, and verification of digital hardware blocks and subsystems.
• Develop RTL, verification environments, test cases, scripts, and automation tools for semiconductor products.
• Debug RTL, simulation, and timing issues in collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
• Apply industry-standard methodologies and tools, including Verilog/SystemVerilog, UVM, formal verification, synthesis, coverage analysis, and design debug.
• Contribute to projects involving advanced digital systems and connectivity technologies under the guidance of experienced engineers.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field while enrolled full-time.
• Coursework in digital circuits, Boolean logic, computer architecture, and basic circuit analysis.
• Coursework or project experience using C, C++, or Python.
• Coursework or project experience involving Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Interest in semiconductor design, verification, and hardware development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Previous internship, research, or project experience in hardware design, verification, or related technical areas.
