Digital Content Writer (Claims)

What you will do

• Write customer-facing content for Claims websites, digital experiences, and communication templates.
• Translate complex insurance and claims information into clear, concise messaging.
• Develop concepts and copy for digital projects across different audiences, products, channels, and experiences.
• Partner with business, sales, marketing, design, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and align content updates.
• Review, edit, and revise content in Figma to improve clarity, consistency, usability, and the member experience.
• Manage multiple projects, presentations, and supporting documentation while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in content writing, copywriting, UX writing, digital content, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating content for customer- or member-facing digital experiences.
• Strong project management, time-management, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting tone and messaging for different audiences and communication channels.
• Experience with Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

Nice to have

• Property and Casualty insurance experience.
• Claims-related content or insurance claims experience.
• Experience creating content for financial services or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience working with UX, product, design, marketing, or digital experience teams.
