Copywriter (Healthcare Marketing)

Location: Fully remote, preferred location South Africa; working hours are 9 am to 5 pm EST

What you will do

• Create clear, engaging, and conversion-focused copy for websites, landing pages, blogs, social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and other digital channels.
• Develop SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords, search intent, and content optimization best practices.
• Write healthcare and dental content that is accurate, accessible, and appropriate for patients.
• Create social media captions, headlines, hooks, calls-to-action, and paid advertising copy for Google and Meta.
• Adapt tone and messaging to different client brands, audiences, and marketing objectives.
• Research competitors, audiences, trends, and topics; edit content and incorporate feedback from account, SEO, design, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of professional experience as a copywriter, content writer, marketing writer, or in a related role.
• Strong portfolio covering digital marketing, advertising, website copy, social media, and SEO content.
• Excellent written and verbal English, with strong grammar, vocabulary, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of copywriting, storytelling, persuasive writing, calls-to-action, SEO, search intent, and keyword usage.
• Ability to research complex topics, manage multiple deadlines, adapt writing styles, and work effectively in an agency environment.
• Preferred location: South Africa; availability during 9 am to 5 pm EST working hours.
