Sr Auditor, Nursing (Healthcare)

What you will do

• Lead audits of complex cases and high-risk claims.
• Review escalated audit findings and provide expert guidance.
• Identify systemic issues and recommend improvements that reduce risk and enhance revenue cycle performance.
• Mentor and train junior nursing auditors.
• Collaborate with compliance and revenue cycle leadership on audit strategies.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and present findings to senior management.

Requirements

• Experience with nursing, clinical auditing, healthcare compliance, or revenue cycle operations.
• Ability to lead complex audits and assess high-risk claims.
• Ability to analyze audit trends and develop process improvements.
• Strong reporting, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States.
