Forklift Operator - 3rd Shift - $22/hour

Location: La Vergne, Tennessee, USA; onsite warehouse role

Salary: $22/hour. Pay is listed as starting at $19.50/hour plus a $2.50 shift differential.

What you will do

• Operate forklifts and radio frequency scanners for stocking, pull-down, and put-away activities.
• Move stock as assigned and maintain accurate warehouse flow.
• Complete daily forklift safety checklists and report unsafe conditions.
• Stack products onto and off pallets throughout the shift.
• Load and unload trucks.

Requirements

• Equipment operator certification or eligibility to complete the certification process.
• At least one year of work experience and six months of experience involving physical warehouse activities.
• Ability to walk and stand continuously and perform frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, squatting, climbing, reaching, and keyboard use.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 70 pounds and push or pull up to 130 pounds as required.
• Ability to pass a physical examination covering vision, hearing, blood pressure, and pulse for safe equipment operation.
• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills, attention to detail, reliable attendance, and the ability to follow warehouse safety standards.
