Location: US-CA-Los Angeles; remote work option available
Salary: $187,721–$328,950 per year, plus bonus, stock, and benefits.

What you will do
- Manage assignments, schedules, workload, and project delivery for pathologists and pathology consultants.
- Develop pathology workflows supporting companion diagnostic clinical trials.
- Oversee tissue sample review, IQC evaluation, and pathologist scoring activities for companion diagnostic assays.
- Develop scoring algorithms and digital pathology strategies for assay-scoring training and digital image analysis.
- Collaborate with Clinical, R&D, Regulatory, QA, and commercial teams on partner projects, timelines, and product launches.
- Lead the R&D protocol for reagent optimization and in-vitro diagnostic assay development and support IRB/IEC study approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher.
- Prior experience in a pathology setting and understanding of pathology workflows.
- 10+ years of experience with cancer diagnostic assays, including IHC.
- Management experience and experience developing companion diagnostics.
- Ability to represent Pathology in cross-functional team meetings.
