Senior Group Treasury Manager f/m/d

Location: Graz, Austria; possibility of working from home

Annual gross remuneration: €60,000 for a full-time position, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and manage Group-wide liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange risks.
• Support international customer projects and tenders through foreign exchange risk management, guarantees, and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement hedging strategies for entities, projects, and the hirify.global Group.
• Develop liquidity and guarantee planning processes, treasury reporting, and day-to-day treasury operations.
• Enhance and digitalize the Treasury Management System, including related processes and interfaces.
• Support Group financing activities and structure intercompany and external financing solutions while collaborating with subsidiaries, banks, and financing partners.

Requirements

• University or comparable education in Finance, Controlling, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in Corporate Treasury or a finance function within an internationally operating company.
• Expertise in Group financing, liquidity management, foreign exchange, guarantee management, and digital treasury processes.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, particularly IFRS.
• Business-fluent German and English.
• Structured, self-motivated, results-oriented working style with strong collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with treasury management systems such as ION Treasury.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience working on international projects with global stakeholders.
