TL;DR
Master Data Analyst (SAP/MD365): Managing master data governance, request queues, data collection, and quality processes for SAP S4 HANA and MD365 with an accent on data accuracy, SLA performance, and operational process coordination. Focus on resolving material data requests, improving data quality and cycle times, maintaining workflow configurations, and escalating issues when needed.
Location: Hybrid in Heredia, Costa Rica; travel to Belen, Heredia at least 2 days per month is required.

What you will do
- Develop expertise in data governance, master data processes, and master data setup.
- Monitor work queues and resolve tickets, material creation and extension requests, data cleansing tasks, and replacements within SLA targets.
- Coordinate data collection for SAP S4 HANA and MD365, following up on missing or incorrect business data.
- Maintain workflow and routing configurations and provide reports that improve end-to-end process visibility.
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reduce cycle time.
- Create training materials, process flows, and procedures while coordinating escalations and serving as a point of contact for material requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma and at least 3 years of experience in shared service centers, customer service, or master data; or a bachelor's degree or higher and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- Experience with master data collection tools and systems, including SAP, Salesforce, legacy systems, S4 HANA, MD365, and ticketing systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle and Salesforce.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Costa Rica without employment visa sponsorship.
- Analytical, proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and able to learn quickly and communicate effectively.
