Senior MLOps Engineer (AI): Building and operating scalable ML pipelines and production AI deployments across cloud, on-premise, and edge environments with an accent on Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring, and model lifecycle management. Focus on deploying and optimizing models for latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency, while ensuring reproducibility and reliability across infrastructure and model layers.

What you will do
- Implement and maintain ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, deployment, and model CI/CD.
- Containerize and package AI applications for hybrid-cloud and on-premise environments.
- Deploy models on Kubernetes, Azure, and edge systems while optimizing latency, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Build monitoring, logging, drift detection, and A/B testing for production models.
- Ensure reproducibility, experiment tracking, versioning, and metadata management throughout the ML lifecycle.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers to make prototypes production-ready.
Requirements
- Several years of hands-on experience in MLOps or a comparable role.
- Experience deploying models on cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
- Strong Python skills and experience with Docker or Podman, Kubernetes, and CI/CD or GitOps workflows including GitLab and Helm charts.
- Experience with experiment tracking, model versioning, monitoring, and deployment for edge and low-power environments.
- Strong automation, reliability, troubleshooting, teamwork, communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Very good German and English skills, written and spoken, are required.
