What you will do
- Deliver collection management services to SBS.
- Review accounts receivable ageing reports and perform collection and dunning activities.
- Determine appropriate escalations and follow-up actions according to defined processes.
- Qualify and create disputes identified by Ci2C and manage their resolution.
- Perform daily blocked-order release tasks.
Requirements
- Active university student status, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
- Advanced German, advanced English, and Hungarian.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and familiarity with accounting applications.
- Organized, detail-oriented, structured, and able to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external clients.

- Knowledge of SAP.
