Saga is a fast-growing legal innovation company with 85+ employees and 6,000+ users across 20+ countries. The team operates across Norway, the Netherlands, Turkey and remotely.
What you’ll do:
— Run day-to-day People Operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding and pay processes
— Set up and maintain the HRIS, employee data and reporting
— Manage HR compliance across multiple locations and develop HR policies
— Collaborate with Payroll and Finance
— Build and improve People processes, feedback practices and internal workflows
— Help create a consistent employee experience across office-based and remote teams
— Implement automation and AI solutions to improve People Ops workflows
What they’re looking for:
— 2–5 years of experience in People & Culture, HR Generalist or People Operations roles
— Startup or scaleup experience
— Hands-on experience with onboarding, offboarding, HRIS and compliance
— Experience writing HR policies and building processes from scratch
— People-first mindset with strong empathy and emotional intelligence
— Experience implementing automation solutions, especially using AI
