What you will do
- Lead the site HR strategy and end-to-end HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, mobility, and learning and development.
- Advise business leadership and partner with the central HR Center of Excellence on governance, policies, global mobility, and corporate HR initiatives.
- Lead site security, fire safety, occupational health and safety, environmental management, waste management, and compliance activities.
- Manage facility services, energy performance, infrastructure projects, budgets, schedules, equipment compliance, and service suppliers.
- Coordinate with production teams, procurement, contractors, internal departments, and external authorities to deliver secure, compliant, and effective site services.
- Develop the team, set SMART goals, monitor service KPIs, manage training, and maintain operational and financial performance.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or above.
- Minimum 5 years of HR, site services, and leadership experience, preferably in the aviation industry or multinational companies.
- Excellent English communication skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
- Knowledge of industrial, aeronautical, and environmental ISO standards, EHS regulations, and local HR and site-service regulatory frameworks.
- Knowledge of MRO operations and basic understanding of electricity, water treatment, industrial buildings and equipment, airport safety, and fire safety.
- Leadership, project management, supplier management, analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in supplier management and project management.
- Experience in dangerous goods management.
- Registered safety engineer certification at intermediate level or above, or CCAR-398 certification.
