What you will do
- Manage the complete operational and administrative onboarding process for Korean artists and labels, including account setup, payment readiness, and catalog ingestion.
- Guide clients through platform adoption, demonstrations, financial documentation, payment blockers, catalog transitions, and offboarding workflows.
- Set up complex digital releases, maintain advanced metadata, and coordinate catalog adjustments, remaps, takedowns, transfers, and store whitelisting.
- Support domestic DSP release schedules and optimize master release lists while coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Build recurring performance reports covering streaming trends, algorithmic pickups, listener demographics, geographic spikes, playlists, and revenue fluctuations.
- Resolve administrative, financial, operational, ownership, rights, copyright, and compliance issues with global Finance, Legal, Rights Management, Claims, Content Review, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in digital operations, client administration, or content distribution.
- At least 2 years of direct experience in music distribution, record labels, or digital media platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital supply chains, metadata standards, streaming platform mechanics, and proprietary content systems.
- Experience with tools such as Spotify for Artists, iTunes Connect, YouTube CMS, Looker, and Zendesk.
- Advanced organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Professional fluency in English and Korean, both written and spoken, is required.
