Senior Python Developer (AI-First / AWS Serverless)

Location: Remote from any location except Russia and Belarus; working hours aligned with Central European Time (CET/CEST).

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the API for a customer-facing financial data collection product.
• Manage AI agents, including writing prompts, reviewing generated output, and keeping instructions current.
• Own product quality end to end by writing tests and independently verifying features in deployed environments.
• Gradually take on frontend development as the project transitions toward a full-stack model.

Requirements

• 6+ years of commercial experience with Python 3.12, FastAPI, and Pydantic v2, or strong Java/.NET experience with a genuine interest in transitioning to Python.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Serverless, including Lambda, DynamoDB single-table design, EventBridge, SQS/SNS, and S3.
• Production experience using AI agents for code generation.
• Experience with pytest, DynamoDB Local, uv, Ruff, and mypy.
• Understanding of Terraform, GitHub Actions, event-driven architecture, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.

Nice to have

• Experience with Angular or React frontend development.
