Machine Learning Engineer

Location: London; expected to work in an office 4+ days per week

What you will do

• Build and deploy machine learning models for core hirify.globalchat products.
• Apply established machine learning techniques to well-defined real-world problems.
• Contribute to the full machine learning lifecycle, including data analysis, model training, evaluation, and production deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners and teammates to launch machine-learning-driven features.
• Use AI tools and high-velocity engineering workflows to design and ship scalable, secure, production-ready services.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of machine learning approaches and algorithms.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of post-bachelor’s machine learning experience, or a master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• Experience developing machine learning models for ranking, recommendations, search, content understanding, image generation, or related applications.
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems, prioritize work independently, and collaborate with internal and external partners.
• Strong collaboration and mentorship skills, with adaptability in learning evolving AI systems and tools.

• Advanced degree in computer science or a related field.
