Medical Operations Manager (MedTech)

Location: Must be based in Greece (with occasional travel to Stockholm and within Greece).

What you will do

• Lead live product demos and support global commercial expansion efforts.
• Design and adapt clinical workflows and templates for diverse markets.
• Partner with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Guide clinicians through onboarding, training, and daily troubleshooting.
• Build AI templates and prompts to evolve the clinical co-pilot.
• Manage clinical safety incidents and optimize internal operations.

Requirements

• Clinical experience in healthcare (e.g., general practice, hospital, or private practice).
• Fluent communication in Greek is required.
• Must be based in Greece with the flexibility to travel up to 25%.
• Strong organizational skills and a process-driven mindset.
• Ability to communicate effectively with executives, engineers, and clinicians.
• Passion for technology, AI, and healthcare transformation.

Nice to have

• Experience with prompting or large language models (LLMs).
• Background in healthtech or SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with EU clinical safety or digital health regulations.
• Track record in implementation projects or customer rollouts.
