Location: Poland; remote or hybrid work available.

What you will do
- Build and manage media relationships with a strong focus on US technology, lifestyle, business, and pet press.
- Research journalists, podcasts, and outlets, then develop and pitch relevant stories.
- Write pitches, press releases, op-eds, thought leadership pieces, quotes, and internal messaging documents.
- Develop and run media-led special projects, including cultural moments, category moments, and pro-bono initiatives across PR, social, and user channels.
- Prepare spokespeople for interviews, podcasts, and speaking opportunities, and identify conference and podcast placements.
- Coordinate contractors and collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams on reputation-building projects, awards, and partnerships.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in PR or communications, including hands-on US media pitching and direct work with spokespeople.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to edit AI-generated drafts into publishable content.
- Creativity with a proven ability to generate original story ideas, news-jacking opportunities, and data-led angles.
- English: B2–C1 required.
- Ability to manage several projects and channels simultaneously, work independently, and take ownership of results.
- Daily use of AI tools and some automated routine tasks.
