TL;DR
Country Communications Associate Manager (English and French) (Corporate Communications): Developing internal, external, and issues communications for DXC Technology in a country or group of countries with an accent on localized messaging, earned media, executive communications, and translation. Focus on adapting global narratives to local cultural and regulatory contexts, coordinating crisis communications, and managing communications with employees, media, works councils, unions, and business stakeholders.
Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work model with prioritized in-person collaboration

What you will do
- Develop and execute internal, external, earned media, and issues communications aligned with DXC’s corporate narrative and campaigns.
- Organize and facilitate country leader town halls, employee announcements, policy updates, organizational communications, and manager briefings.
- Build proactive and reactive media engagement, including press releases, media materials, interviews, and local thought leadership.
- Coordinate crisis communications with HR, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, business leaders, and local Crisis Management Teams.
- Adapt global messaging to local language and cultural context, including communications involving works councils, unions, and regulatory requirements.
- Translate internal and external communications between English and local languages while maintaining quality and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a similar role.
- Experience in marketing and communications, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Strong strategic communication planning, execution, writing, and cross-cultural messaging skills.
- Fluency in English and French required for the role.
- Ability to work in the hybrid Warsaw setup and collaborate with global and local stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Fluency in Dutch or other languages, especially Eastern European languages.
- Experience in crisis communications.
- Familiarity with European labor laws and works council processes.
- Advanced degree or certifications in internal communications or change management.
