We are expanding rapidly and looking for an ambitious, visionary Chief Marketing Officer to take full ownership of our Acquisition and Retention departments.
🎰 What We Are Looking For:
4+ years of proven marketing leadership experience in iGaming.
Track record of scaling Tier-1 markets with measurable ROI.
Deep expertise in performance acquisition channels + strong retention & LTV management mindset.
Team Leader: Experience leading in-house marketing teams and managing external agencies/partners.
Data-Obsessed: Advanced analytical skills with deep knowledge of key iGaming KPIs (CAC, LTV, NGR, ROAS).
Bilingual Pro: English C1+ (mandatory); Ukrainian is a strong plus for internal collaboration.
Execution Machine: Strategic vision coupled with a hands-on, growth-oriented mindset.
