Software Engineer (PHP)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Implement and evolve revenue rules defining earnings and partner obligations.
• Build and maintain API- and event-based integrations with Salesforce, SAP, payment systems, and booking providers.
• Extend the platform with LLM-based tooling, including MCP servers and agent workflows.
• Deliver reliable financial data through warehouse exports, alerts, and quality checks.
• Automate manual financial workflows with tested processes.
• Maintain production reliability and observability using Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, Kubernetes, and AWS services.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional backend development experience with PHP and Symfony, or another object-oriented language with willingness to move to PHP.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases, including schema design, transactions, indexes, and query plans.
• Practical experience using and building LLM-based tools, such as MCP servers or agent frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing, static analysis, and code review.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and explain technical decisions clearly.
• Working English, spoken and written, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience building and consuming APIs and working with asynchronous or message-based processing.
• Experience with RabbitMQ, Kinesis, SQS, Docker, Kubernetes, or AWS managed services.
• Familiarity with Grafana, Prometheus, Kibana, or comparable monitoring tools.
