Senior MLOps Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and productize model training and evaluation pipelines using Kubeflow, Docker, and GCP services.
• Enhance evaluation workflows with benchmarking datasets, monitoring tools, and model performance tracking.
• Publish and manage models and training metadata in model registries, integrating related services through REST APIs.
• Implement data and model monitoring, including drift detection, feedback loops, and batch-processing workflows.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines and automate ML infrastructure provisioning with Pulumi.
• Integrate feature stores, ML endpoints, notebook-to-pipeline workflows, LLM fine-tuning, and dataset management capabilities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in MLOps or ML infrastructure engineering and production-grade cloud-native environments.
• Hands-on experience with GCP services, including Vertex AI, GCS, BigQuery, Cloud Run, and Workflows.
• Experience with ML training and evaluation pipelines, Kubeflow, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in Python, REST APIs, model registries, metadata management, and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Pulumi.
• Experience with Grafana, TensorBoard, OpenTelemetry, tracing, alerting, data drift, and performance monitoring.
