Senior MLOps Developer (AWS AgentCore Runtime)

Location: Armenia, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, or Ukraine. Flexible work formats are available: remote, hybrid, or office-based.

What you will do

• Develop immutable versioning workflows for agent container images, prompt configurations, tool bindings, and policy associations.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines with evaluation gates for AI systems before production promotion.
• Implement agent promotion workflows across development, QA, and production environments.
• Support rollback patterns and validate that restored agent versions continue to work correctly.
• Manage AWS ECR practices, including ARM64 tagging, lifecycle policies, and image signing.
• Integrate agent versions with registries and maintain evaluation and promotion metadata while collaborating on runtime endpoint management.

Requirements

• 5+ years of MLOps or DevOps engineering experience with AI or ML systems.
• Experience with versioning and lifecycle management for LLM agents or ML models.
• Experience with immutable artifact versioning at enterprise scale using ECR or model registries.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with quality gates for AI systems.
• English is evaluated during the communication and technical assessments.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AWS AgentCore Runtime versioning.
• Experience with Langfuse, LangSmith, or PromptLayer.
• Experience with multi-environment agent promotion, version comparison, and regression detection.
