Project Manageer Officer

Location: On-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

What you will do

• Develop and maintain the integrated master project timeline across all launch-related workstreams.
• Track milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, decision points, and critical-path risks.
• Establish project governance routines, including workstream meetings, leadership updates, steering committee reviews, and escalation forums.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, and dependency trackers and support mitigation and recovery planning.
• Track pilot and commercial launch readiness across licensing, infrastructure, vehicles, service networks, channels, digital systems, and HR onboarding.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, decision logs, and materials for leadership, board, and partner meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of experience in project management, PMO, business operations, strategy execution, or transformation.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Strong skills in timeline management, milestone tracking, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and executive reporting.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong English communication skills are preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience in a startup, mobility, automotive, electric vehicle, energy, retail, infrastructure, or joint venture environment.
• Experience with MS Project, Smartsheet, Planner, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, or similar tools.
• Experience supporting board-level or leadership-level reporting.
• Understanding of launch management, commercial readiness, and operational readiness.
