Platform Delivery Lead (Data & AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Prague, Czechia; Europe

What you will do

• Own and prioritize the feature-level backlog and translate platform requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Coordinate priorities, dependencies, timelines, risks, and delivery implications across platform initiatives.
• Support release planning, readiness activities, operational handovers, and change coordination.
• Act as the operational interface between business stakeholders, platform leadership, and delivery teams.
• Maintain service documentation and improve Agile and DevOps delivery processes.
• Ensure transparency on delivery progress and operational risks while facilitating technical and non-technical communication.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience using high-level programming languages.
• Experience in Platform Delivery, Product Operations, or related roles.
• Expertise in Agile delivery, backlog preparation and prioritization, dependency management, release coordination, operational planning, and risk management.
• Production experience with public cloud platforms and a good understanding of platform engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Data Platforms, AI Platforms, or similar technical environments.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.

• Understanding of release governance and operational readiness processes.
• Knowledge of cloud-native delivery models and platform operations.
