Focus on structuring complex deals, accelerating market growth in Japan, and launching partnerships across internal and local partner teams.
Location: Japan; office presence required Tuesday through Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday

What you will do
- Identify and secure premium Japanese intellectual properties for the Roblox platform.
- Lead end-to-end negotiations with content owners and studios.
- Build and manage relationships with Japanese partners, app stores, and retail networks.
- Develop and execute strategies to accelerate Roblox market growth in Japan.
- Drive prepaid card sales through convenience store networks and other local retail partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to launch and scale partnerships successfully.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in business development, partnerships, or content acquisition.
- Deep knowledge of the Japanese entertainment, media, and intellectual property landscape.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements.
- Established network of industry contacts across Japan.
- Professional fluency in Japanese and English.
