Salary: $203,000–$305,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Own the multi-year quality technology roadmap and AI strategy for Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
• Align quality technology initiatives with enterprise architecture, integration, security, and shared platform decisions.
• Lead the selection, implementation, configuration, validation, data migration, and adoption of quality systems.
• Manage the ongoing health, performance, maintenance, enhancement prioritization, and continuous improvement of the quality technology landscape.
• Deliver quality data dashboards and analytics supporting trending, management review, and decision making across QARA.
• Lead master data management and govern standards for products and related quality domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of experience in the functional area, including 5 years of management experience.
• Experience leading technology strategy, system implementations, and digital transformation in a regulated environment.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements, computerized system validation, data integrity, and quality management systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong strategic planning, communication, and change management skills.
