Product Manager - Oncology (Oncology/Pharmaceutical Marketing): Developing and executing strategic and tactical plans for the Oncology portfolio across the Central America & Caribbean cluster with an accent on brand strategy, product launches, customer engagement, and commercial execution. Focus on forecasting demand, managing budgets and performance indicators, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
Location: Panama, Panamá, Panama. The role requires travel across the Central America & Caribbean region as needed.

What you will do
- Develop and execute the Oncology portfolio strategy across the Central America & Caribbean cluster.
- Lead annual brand planning, tactical execution, budget management, and commercial initiatives.
- Identify market opportunities, customer insights, competitive trends, and portfolio performance improvements.
- Coordinate launch readiness and commercialization of new products, indications, and strategic initiatives.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Commercial Excellence teams.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, scientific societies, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biotechnology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience, including 3 years in product management, brand management, marketing, or commercial roles.
- Experience with brand strategy, product launches, indication expansions, forecasting, financial planning, budget management, and KPI-driven decisions.
- Experience in Hematology, Oncology, Immunology, Specialty Care, or another innovative therapeutic area is preferred.
- Advanced English required.
- Willingness to travel across the Central America & Caribbean region is required.
