Focus on proofreading charts, tables, text, and graphics, coordinating content revisions, and optimizing workflows across multiple presentation formats.

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end production of marketing and client-service presentations used globally.
- Review and proofread charts, tables, text, data, and graphic elements for accuracy and compliance with editorial standards.
- Apply presentation templates, brand standards, product requirements, and regional nuances across materials.
- Coordinate content revisions with cross-functional stakeholders and deliver materials within required timelines.
- Support quarterly updates, translation projects, document posting, and print-portal verification.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, operational efficiency, and production coverage during high-volume periods.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience.
- Experience in data reporting or desktop publishing; financial services experience is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Windows-based applications, Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with graphing software.
- Experience with SharePoint or Workfront workflow management systems.
- Familiarity with the Seismic content enablement platform.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
