Content Management Specialist (CMS)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with a minimum of three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Upload, edit, publish, and maintain digital content in Sitecore and Amplience.
• Maintain accurate product information, media assets, metadata, accessibility, and brand quality.
• Respond to content service requests, resolve CMS issues, and escalate problems when needed.
• Prepare content and digital assets for global product launches in collaboration with product and marketing teams.
• Manage translation submissions and localization workflows in LILT across global markets.
• Perform pre- and post-publication quality checks, including functionality, links, assets, and formatting.

Requirements

• Experience in content management or digital operations.
• Advanced experience with CMS platforms; Sitecore and Amplience experience is particularly relevant.
• Understanding of content workflows, digital asset management, and publishing best practices.
• Solid experience with HTML and CSS and basic experience with Photoshop.
• Meticulous attention to detail, strong organization, clear communication, and effective cross-time-zone collaboration.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
