Location: United States; territory covers Pittsburgh, North and South Pennsylvania, Erie, Williamsport, Wilkes-Barre, Morgantown, and Charleston. Must live in the geography or within 10 miles of its border. Hybrid field role with two days per week in the geography, one to two home-office days, and up to 40% travel.
Salary: $145,471–$196,813 annual base salary

What you will do
- Manage defined accounts and execute territory strategies for patient access and reimbursement.
- Provide one-on-one coverage support from physician order through reimbursement, including benefits investigation, prior authorization, appeals, and claims resolution.
- Review patient-specific information and resolve coverage challenges involving protected health information.
- Educate healthcare providers on commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid coverage, benefit design, formulary requirements, and utilization management.
- Coordinate reimbursement issues with HUB teams and cross-functional partners.
- Review insurance benefits and alternative funding or financial assistance options.
Requirements
- Doctorate degree, or an applicable master's, bachelor's, associate's, or high school diploma/GED combination with the required customer service or leadership experience.
- Experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, programs, or resource allocation.
- At least two years of experience in public or private third-party access, managed care, clinical support, sales, or the pharmaceutical industry.
- Experience with medical reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, Buy & Bill, insurance verification, claims adjudication, billing, coding, and appeals.
- Strong presentation, communication, organization, project management, computer literacy, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Must live in the assigned geography or within 10 miles of its border; valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field.
- Six years of experience with specialty or biologic self-injectable products or physician-administered products.
- Advanced medical insurance terminology and CMS policy knowledge, including Medicare Part B and Part D.
- Experience managing ambiguity and expenses within allocated budgets.
